Pilates classes

Group Matwork Classes

Booking is termly at £11 per class (or £14 drop in). To qualify for the pre-booked discount the classes must be paid for at least two weeks before the first class.

Terms usually run for two months and classes are not transferable once paid for. If you are unsure of your availability please pay the drop in rate on the day. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or credits.

Pregnancy in Pilates class

The pregnancy class is a smaller group and the lessons are £12 each (in advance monthly) with no drop in facility available.

Private Pilates lesson

1-2-1 Pilates Reformer Lesson

Private Pilates Reformer lessons are available 1-2-1 or as a duet with two people sharing  a session (with your own reformer). Call 07956 387063 or e mail for more details.

Other

Reiki treatments are £40. 

The Introduction to Elemental Chi Workshops are £30 each.
