All Group Mat Classes for Winter '11 are on the Swiss Ball

Monday

Pilates in Pregnancy at 12 Noon (45 mins)

Group Mat Class Level 1 12.50pm (45 mins)

Group Mat Class Level 1 6.30pm (60 mins)

Tuesday

Group Mat Class 7am (45 mins)

Group Mat Class Level 2 at 6pm (60 mins)

Wednesday

Group Mat Class Level 2 at 12.50pm (45 mins)

Level 1 is suitable for beginners, returners and those in re-habilitation from injury.

Level 2 requires previous experience, physical strength and co-ordination. Small equipment is used to enhance the sessions.

All classes are booked termly (usually 8 sessions) in advance at £10 per session (Pregnancy classes £12 per class). For a drop-in session check first for availability (£14).To book your classes or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in contact through email or text.

What to wear

Bring a simple change of clothing (t-shirt and leggings or track pants are ideal), no shoes are required. For Reformer machine sessions please bring socks.

There are changing facilities for women and men.
